Meat4u.com.au (the ‘website’) is an online service owned and operated by So Lee pty ltd (abn 11 638 093 553) (‘Meat4you’). Please read the following terms & conditions of use carefully before using the website. By visiting the website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & conditions of use, which shall form a legally binding agreement between you and Meat4you. Further, by purchasing any item from Meat4you you agree that the following terms & conditions apply to any such purchase.

Security

Meat4you Online is committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Meat4you Online utilises a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All member information is secured and is only accessible by a limited number of  Meat4you Online staff that have special access rights.

Meat4you Online does not store credit card payment information by any means whether it be electronically or otherwise.

Cancellations

Generally, once you have made an order to purchase an Offer on the Website, you cannot cancel that order. If, after an order has been submitted, you want to cancel or amend an order, we will used reasonable endeavours to cancel or amend that Order in accordance with your instructions, provided that the order has not yet commenced being processed. However, you may be charged the full purchase price if that Order has commenced being processed.

Meat4you also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • you provide invalid personal details;

  • if, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity;

  • the Offer has become unavailable;

  • if, for any reason, we don’t reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery.

Meat4you will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.

 

Delivery of offers

Meat4you accepts no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated by the end time of the delivery window in which it was delivered.

 If you are not available when the courier delivers your order to the delivery address specified by you, your order will be dropped off at that address. If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery or the specified address cannot be accessed, then the products will be returned to the courier’s warehouse and an alternative delivery time will be arranged and this will incur additional delivery costs payable by you.

 If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery or the specified address cannot be accessed the courier may use your contact details to contact you in relation to your delivery.

 In the event a delivered order is stolen or otherwise unlawfully removed or damaged after delivery, then  Meat4you accepts no liability or responsibility for that event occurring.

 Returns Policy

 Our policy is inclusive on the day of delivery/pickup only. If a day passed since your delivery/pickup, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds (if applicable)

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Refunds is not possible in the following cases.

poor vacuum packaging.

Don't worry if the vacuum pack has been poor vacuum.

It is a product packed on the day of delivery, so there is no problem in quality.

Refunds are not possible for reasons of poor vacuum packaging.

Product deterioration due to improper storage.

The product is best consummed 2 day from purchase and place it in the fridge. If over 2days please preserve it in the freezer for quality.  Take off meet in side freeze and slowly defrosting time to fridge a day.

Change color to dark

The maillard reaction is responsible for many colors and flavours in food. All meat have myoglobin ingredient.

This is making maillard reaction in meet outside. However this problem has not combination of oxygen with meat therefore sometimes we have maillard reaction meat in the house or buy other store. but do not worry this is not poisoned food as well as This is not harmless of humans. If you want retune red color when you will make food? Just meet is combination of oxygen on 30- 50 min in the kitchen table. Some item don’t have retune color meet(slice beef). We will make small slice or thin slice cutting style this item. So this meet have not too much myoglobin in side meat. So do not worry customers, this is not poisoned food as well as every time, we will give great quality meat to customers.

                                                                                                                               

 Shipping

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
