Q&A related to delivery
- We send you a notification message every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7 am before delivery. If you do not receive the notification message, please change the delivery date and time. Thank you.
Q) Is only delivery available?
A) No. Pick up is also available but orders can only be placed online.

Q) How can I cancel the order?
A) Cancellation can be made by phone and has to be before 7 am on

Q) What if I miss the delivery?
A) If delivery is not made in person, product will be returned to the factory.
We can redeliver it to you the next day. (Extra delivery cost may charged.)
Q) Are products all refundable?
A) No. Due to the quality of the product we do not refund any products
but we can exchange it to different product for you if there is any problem
with the product.
