Red Deer Station 20 Shiraz 2019

The fruit is sourced from South Australia, where the grapes enjoy abundant sunshine during the day and cool fresh air at night. This climate delivers a medium-bodied elegant red wine. With aromas of dark plums, mulberries, raspberry and sour cherry. The palate is balanced with rich, fresh red fruit, subtle toasty oak and fine, velvety tannin. It is a perfect match to smoked chicken and roast lamb.

Red Deer Station 30 Cabernet Shiraz 2019

Langhorne Creek is blessed as a region, producing fruit with excellent purity and character. This wine is a blend of both Cabernet and Shiraz from this cool climate region. The Cabernet delivers a herbaceous character wonderfully balanced by the Shiraz and its rich flavorful red cherry and blackcurrant. The result is an elegantly structured wine that delivers a perfect experience of the region to your palate.

Red Deer Station 50 Shiraz 2019

The wine is opaque, ruby-red in hue, with concentrated fresh red fruit aromas. Crafted from very traditional wine making methods, it is then stored in our finest barrels for more than 18 months. This patience in barrel achieves a harmonious balance between the red fruits and the mocca from the oak. Perfect to enjoy now with lamb ribs or stewed beef. This wine has great potential for aging.
